玛吉怕冷 和 凯蒂Denzen, 2022 graduates of the CSD master's program, presented their work at the 2021 ASHA Convention in Washington D.C., along with faculty mentors Dr. 米莉·马修和博士. 格兰马草Rangamani. The title of their paper was “Relationship between Gestures 和 Verbal Discourse - Evidence from Monolingual English 和 Asian-Indian Bilingual Speakers". Maggie 和 Katie each received the SCSU Student Mentor Collaboration Grant as well as the 卫生学院 和 健康的职业 Internal Funding Scholarship, which supported their presentation 和 conference attendance.
