St. Cloud State University Exercise is Medicine on Campus initiative recognizes the many benefits of exercise, including positive effects on mental and physical health. The Husky Physical Activity and Wellness center (Husky PAW) aims to make physical activity accessible for all students, faculty, and staff by matching enrolled individuals with a trained fitness professional to create an individualized exercise plan.
